The ISB Essay Competition is a national-level charitable writing contest launched in 2024. We aim ro discover and promote talented student writers from across Romania. Now in its second edition, the competition offers young voices the chance to be recognized and published in student-led platforms such as The Insider magazine.

In its first year, Amadeo Sforza (Year 9, International School of Bucharest) was awarded first place for his imaginative and thought-provoking essay. Special mentions were given to Ana Sansilav (Year 7, International School of Oradea) and Mira Dicu (Year 8, School No. 360, Bucharest) for their outstanding submissions.
